ShippingCrewzin NZ likes to think that all shipping companies either local, National or international do a 100% excellent service so we feel that you can rest assured that once your product is shipped it is on its way and will be delivered safely and in a timely manner. Our costs for shipping are as follows.
All orders within NZ are delivered by New Zealand Post, and there is a flat rate of $5.00 nationwide for 1 t-shirt. All orders are shipped out in 1-3 days of funds being cleared. Delivery is tracked and will be overnight local and 1-3 days national. Any orders more than 1 t-shirt there will be an additional $1 per tee up to a maximum or $9.00.
Standard delivery takes between 4-6 days once package has been sent, Express delivery will take between 1-3 days to get to you once weve sent the goods. We hope customs does there job well and no hold ups arise from there end, fingers crossed.
InternationalRates vary depending upon the number of goods being sent, as well as whether you send the package via standard or express shipping. Also international buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. Standard International Air Post will take between 4-10 days to get to you once weve sent the package, while International Express Courier will take between 2-4 days once dispatched from us.
Returns PolicyA full refund will be provided to any goods returned to us, send to Crewzin New Zealand 4 Hoheria rd Onehunga Auckland However the tees must be unwashed, in a resalable condition and sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost. Refunds will be issued by cheque or bank deposit within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your returned goods. If you would just like to swap the faulty goods then let us know in writing what you would like and we will send it out asap. Also if you would like to exchange then just send it back, unwashed and undamaged and what you would like to have in replacement. PrivacyThe privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorized by our bank, using secure encryption. |
